Just no. It looks and tastes like dirt.
Plus side, I went back to spin class yesterday for the first time in about 6 months! I can barely move today and it feels like I’ve been spanked 50 shades of grey style since the seat was so uncomfortable but its a step in the right direction and it was my favourite instructor Sam again who I thought had left!
Off on my holidays soon so going to kick some arse in classes for the next week as a final burst. I’m on this.
Just wait for my next blog when I moan about how I didn’t do anything I said I would and I’m fat and miserable again….

Yes I mixed it with lots of things but the flavour was so strong still! I’ve tweaked it slightly to just put a smaller amount in and then its much easier to drink!
