It’s a wrap

Desperate times call for desperate measures, it’s weigh in day so last night I went to bed wrapped up in moisturiser and clingfilm!! Weight wise, I managed to lose 3kilos, although everyone says that’s water weight so I’ve probably gained that with all my brews today. I forgot to measure myself so can’t tell you the results on that if any….

Time will tell at weigh in!

Sooooo beige. Cottage cheese, an egg and some dry crackers. Don’t get me wrong, I’m grateful to even have food but this is poor. So I had a bowl of popcorn….whoops.

Recurring theme, but I’ll celebrate anyway

Had my first weekly weigh in with the new diet and I’ve lost 1.3 kilos….I don’t know what that is in pounds but my trainer high fived me so I smiled and said yay! I think I’ll stick with kilos since 1 is apparently good whereas 1 pound is pretty lame….as Peter Kay says ‘you can shit a pound.’

I’m sure (if history repeats itself) I will put this on at next weigh in but for now I will bask in my own glory of being amazing.

By the way, today I went to spin super early (my Dad looked shocked when I walked into class and clapped at my arrival which was actually quite a nice way to be greeted in the morning, I must tell everyone to follow his lead) and I’ve eaten half a grapefruit, 2 pieces of toast, some peanut butter and a tin of tuna. There are 3 biscuit tins full in the office kitchen and someone brought in a massive box of chocolates. So I ate an apple. UGHHHHH but well done me as well. Self high five ^ <- that’s meant to be a self high five image….

It’s been quite a while

and nothing has changed!!

 

Still a chubster but I have been smashing it at the gym. I’ve been working really hard and am super strong these days but nothing can get rid of this stomach it seems…. I’m really enjoying the weights, I want to say I’m feeling empowered and extremely feminine but the anti-feminist in me cringes.

 

I kept hearing about the military diet and I finally got myself sorted last night to give it a try. My PT has given me the job of losing 1lb a week for the next 3 months and so far I’ve stayed exactly the same for 3 months so I’m slightly scared of not doing it! Anyway, I wrote out a weekly diet plan last night, had a rummage in my cupboards and then was waiting outside Waitrose at 7.55 this morning ready to get a few bits for my lunch. I’ve done a big shop online to stock up on the essentials to arrive tomorrow so I’m prepared! It seems to just be 3 days on a really low cal diet that’s basically dry tuna and toast with eggs and then 4 days on 1500, their website gave me some example meals for the 4 days so I’ve got it all neatly typed up now in a pretty chart! (Procrastinating at work….)

 

Weigh in is next Tuesday (tomorrows one doesn’t count since I only started it today) so I’ll keep you updated!

 

I also want to point out that I think this is my 5th different diet/exercise plan since I started writing this blog… ugh
